I'm back in Swindon at 4FW ready to watch 4FW 13th Anniversary show Global Takeover.

This is the 2nd time this year at 4FW after previously seeing Kenny Omega at 4FW New Years Wrestlution back in January 2017.

Before the show we had a pre show meet and greet with Low Ki, he was really nice to meet and got my picture taken with him and Impact Wrestling X Division title (picture to come soon!!!)

I went off to get some food in Swindon and then came back to the venue as the doors opened at 6pm to go into the show. I purchased a Front row ticket so had a great view of the show.

4FW Global Takeover Results brief summary and Photos below

Crusher Lomax vs Sid Scala

This was our pre show match for the evening Lomax facing Sid Scala. Lomax the huge imposing beast of 4FW seemed to be in control for most of this match with Savvy Sid ducking and diving and using his speed and quickness to try and outmanoeuvre Lomax.

Savvy Sid used his head and pretended he was hurt on the canvas and as Lomax was pinning Sid, Sid rolled over Lomax and got the shock pinfall victory.

Winner - Sid Scala

Saint vs Mega Pegasus

The Saint destroyed Mega Pegasus before the match and he didn't even get to make an entrance. The Saint continued to beat up Mega Pegasus. The Saint then got int he ring and said he was meant to be facing MVP and wanted a fight. Eventually Pegasus managed to get into the ring and match started, and Pegasus managed to get back into the match with a splash from the top rope but only got a two count. However as the match continued The Saint was too much for Pegasus and continued his beat down and won the match.

Winner - The Saint

Dave Mastiff vs Samie Sahin

I enjoy seeing both these wrestlers so this was a match I was looking forward too. Mastiff and Sahin are in the ring and Lord Gideon grey who accompanied Mastiff to the ring said that if Sahin wins this match that Sahin would get an opportunity at Doug Williams. Sahin went for a moonsault and missed in the ring and it looked like Sahin was not going to get his wish but Sahin was able to connect with a 2nd Springboard Moonsault for the victory.

This now means Samie will face Doug Williams at Upcoming 4FW show.

Winner - Samie Sahin

A match which had the ladder match stipulation added to it before the show. JD knight and Tiger Ali had a tremendous match here and one that was fitting of 13th Anniversary show.

Both men really went for each other and the match ended up on the outside of the ring and then Ali and Knight ended up in the crowd and knocked down seats and were hitting each other with a steel chair.

Both men head back into the ring and JD Knight looks to take advantage of the situation however Rj Singh and Rishi Gosh come out of nowhere and JD Manages to hit double handed slam on RJ Singh and then manages to throw Rishi Gosh to the outside, JD then See's his opportunity and is able to climb the ladder and win the match.

Winner and New 4FW Heavyweight Champion -
JD Knight

RJ and Rishi are in an awful mood after Tiger Ali lost his 4FW World Championship and they say that are not going to put their 4FW Tag Championship on the line as they signed up for a regular match and not for a No DQ match.

Hunter Brothers come out next and say the titles may not be on the line but they are going to have a fight. Hunter Brothers hit the ring and the fight is on.

Rishi and RJ get thrown from the ring Hunter brothers follow them outside and they are into the crowd  and all over the arena with referee Steve Lynksey trying to keep control, they brawl around and head back into the ring.

The Ladder from the last match is brought back into the ring with Rishi and Rj being thrown into it, but Rishi gets his stick that he brings to the ring and turns the match around hitting both Hunter Brothers with his stick.

RJ and Rishi then go to the top rope and go to jump off on the prone Hunter Brothers however The Hunter brothers get up and beale throw Rishi to the canvas and then beale throw Rj on top of Rishi and the Hunter Brothers both Jump on Rishi and get the pinfall victory

I loved this match I was a first time for me seeing Low Ki Live and also Seeing Mark Haskins live. Both Wrestlers are so unique and have such interesting and complex wrestling styles too. Before the show I got to see Low Ki warm up in the ring and I have never seen anything like it. The dedication, focus and his own ability in just seeing that was something to behold.

This is one of those matches that me trying to describe will not do it justice to what both men did on the ring. Its was such an absorbing and enthralling contest, full of amazing wrestling transitions, hols, hard chops, hard kicks and was pure wrestling at its best.

You are best to watch this match in full at 4FW on Demand to see what these two created.

Both men trying to get the advantage in the match but it being quite even throughout. Crowd were chanting this is wrestling and this is awesome as the match progressed on.

Haskins managed to lock in a submission hold but Low Ki was able to make to the ropes, then Low Ki locked in a submission and Haskins would make it to the ropes.

Low Ki was able to hit the double foot stomp for the victory

Winner - Low Ki

Strike Wrestling Results Bournemouth May 20th 2018   Hello Wrestling fans! Welcome to the first ever Strike Wrestling Results blog!  I went to Bournemouth and took x2 trains and a bus to get there and it was well worth the effort. Before I get to the wrestling a bit about Bournemouth Bournemouth is a beautiful town it was a sunny hot day. I managed to go to the beach and see the pier and get a great view from Bournemouth on top of the cliffs, where there were also many of great restaurants and places to eat. Check out my on the road video on Strike Wrestling by clicking the video below! This was my first show at Strike Wrestling and Strike is an over 18’s show so I was expecting a different vibe, feel and presentation to family orientated wrestling that I have attended in the past. Strike wrestling is high paced, hard hitting, fast action but with a huge streak of entertainment, fun and having a great time.   From where I was

WWE TV in UK 2024 Will it Stay on TNT Sports, Move Back to Sky or Somewhere new?

In 2020 WWE signed a multi year deal with TNT Sports (BT Sport at the time) to air WWE programming WWE Raw, WWE Smackdown and WWE NXT.  Channel 5 also airs highlights of WWE RAW and WWE Smackdown but on a week delay - Channel 5 is a free to air channel here in the UK.  Last week I received an email as a WWE Network subscriber here in the UK to inform me that I could now watch WWE NXT every week on WWE Network from 3rd Jan 2024. So this email got me thinking - is the WWE/TNT Sports UK TV deal coming up soon? it looks possible. Looking at the original story of the deal being made in 2020 multiple sources claim that it is a "multi year deal" See below  ( https://www.digitalspy.com/tv/ustv/a28113145/wwe-smackdown-raw-watch-uk-tv-bt-sport/)     I could not find how many specific years that was., However I thought i'd give my opinion on where WWE Raw and WWE Smackdown could end up in 2024, The rights fee's obviously are alot less than there are in USA due to WWE Raw and Sma
