I have known Chris Andrews for over 5 years and first met Chris Andrews on the south west wrestling scene. Chris Andrews to me was very unique, he was an imposing figure there wasn't many wrestlers of his size in the south west at the time, Chris Andrews was in tremendous shape and really stood out to me because of it.

Chris Andrews was The Devon Powerhouse, he used his size and power to best effect, frequently hitting his opponents with Powerslams, clotheslines and massive delayed Standing Vertical suplexes which sometimes Chris would hold his opponent up in the air for 10 seconds or more.

Chris had a finishing move called the TKO which he hoists his opponent on his shoulders spins them around and in mid air pans them to the mat! I saw Chris hit this move so many times and modifying it, and being innovative in the way that he would hit his finisher.

Check out the video below of Chris Andrews Finishing Move The TKO (From 1 min 22 seconds)

Over the years I have seen Chris Andrews Wrestle in many promotions across the country and I have seen him have some incredible matches, matches that spring to mind that I have  included (but there are so many more which I haven't so take the time to check them out!)

Chris Andrews vs Bram vs Doug Williams vs Eddie Ryan was a match that lives long in the memory. The Match was 4 Way Elimination Rules and during the match Bram and Chris Andrews fought to the outside and Bram hit Chris Andrews in the head with a frying pan, the pan bent in half and had the most horrible sound as it connected with Chris head, following this Chris was covered all over in blood.

Chris Andrews got down to the final two however after a Piledriver on the chair, Bram beat a bloody and bruised Andrews to the title.

Another memory that really sticks out was the incredible Last Man Standing Match that Chris Andrews had vs Eddie Ryan at BLW Grandslam.

See photos below from Andrews vs Ryan Last Man Standing

To me it is a favourite match, 2 Men from the South West on a big stage, taking all the chances and delivering a tremendous match for the fans they went to tear each other apart and to blow the roof of the building and they certainly did.

The Match though as great as it was also left Chris with a severe elbow injury, and injury which stopped him competing a lot through 2018.

Chris also competed all over Europe also most notably at Swiss Wrestling Entertainment where he faced Matt Cross see the video of the match below

This year 30 Man Royal Rumble match has alot of intrigue built into it most people are of the opinion that John Cena will be winning this years event and then go on to face The Rock at Wrestlemania. Dolph Ziggler Ends up winning the Beat The Clock challenge then when he is bragging about this Vicki Guerreo informs Ziggler that it is not a free choice of Royal Rumble Entry number instead it is a number chosen within a certain range Number one to Number two. Here's what WWE could do This I feel is the ideal opportunity fo

Strike Wrestling Results Bournemouth May 20th 2018   Hello Wrestling fans! Welcome to the first ever Strike Wrestling Results blog!  I went to Bournemouth and took x2 trains and a bus to get there and it was well worth the effort. Before I get to the wrestling a bit about Bournemouth Bournemouth is a beautiful town it was a sunny hot day. I managed to go to the beach and see the pier and get a great view from Bournemouth on top of the cliffs, where there were also many of great restaurants and places to eat. Check out my on the road video on Strike Wrestling by clicking the video below! This was my first show at Strike Wrestling and Strike is an over 18’s show so I was expecting a different vibe, feel and presentation to family orientated wrestling that I have attended in the past. Strike wrestling is high paced, hard hitting, fast action but with a huge streak of entertainment, fun and having a great time.   From where I was

WWE TV in UK 2024 Will it Stay on TNT Sports, Move Back to Sky or Somewhere new?

In 2020 WWE signed a multi year deal with TNT Sports (BT Sport at the time) to air WWE programming WWE Raw, WWE Smackdown and WWE NXT.  Channel 5 also airs highlights of WWE RAW and WWE Smackdown but on a week delay - Channel 5 is a free to air channel here in the UK.  Last week I received an email as a WWE Network subscriber here in the UK to inform me that I could now watch WWE NXT every week on WWE Network from 3rd Jan 2024. So this email got me thinking - is the WWE/TNT Sports UK TV deal coming up soon? it looks possible. Looking at the original story of the deal being made in 2020 multiple sources claim that it is a "multi year deal" See below  ( https://www.digitalspy.com/tv/ustv/a28113145/wwe-smackdown-raw-watch-uk-tv-bt-sport/)     I could not find how many specific years that was., However I thought i'd give my opinion on where WWE Raw and WWE Smackdown could end up in 2024, The rights fee's obviously are alot less than there are in USA due to WWE Raw and Sma
