The Magic of UK Pro wrestling isn't gone its just on hold......  CSF Wrestling, Frome March 3rd 2020 was my last show, the first national lockdown was announced a few weeks after this and there has not been regular independent  wrestling since in the UK. In the interest of safety its  all for the best we have to keep safe, stop this virus and above all be sensible. I  have had a number of people close to me get the virus and its nothing to be messed with. We cannot have live events again unless it is safe to do so. It has to be safe for the fans, the wrestlers, the backstage crew and all involved.  Its funny when you think about it the things you miss. There is so much work that goes on before a show even takes place so much work done by the promotor that no one ever see's so much stress with putting the show together, advertising and organising i don't think people realise how difficult it is before you even get to a show.  I miss setting up the show ...

WWE Highlights to air on Freeview in the UK on Channel 5 It has been announced today that Channel 5 (UK) is going to be airing WWE Highlights from 2nd Feb 2020. BT Sport are the full rights holder for WWE in the UK, however they have agreed for Channel 5 to air highlights of Raw and Smackdown on Saturday and Sunday Mornings and also agreed for Paramount UK to air WWE NXT UK and also for Channel 5 to acquire on demand shows Miz and Mrs, Total Divas and more to air on Pluto TV. According to Alistair Mcgeorge of Metro  " Starting on 2 February, Channel 5 will air a one-hour version or Raw every Sunday at 10:30am, while a one-hour edition of SmackDown will be available every Saturday in the same time slot. WWE UK Tournament What if WWE Used South West, UK Based Wrestlers? I had an idea recently after seeing the announcement of a new WWE UK Tournament by WWE and from listening to the always excellent Something to Wrestle with Bruce Prichard. Bruce always says What If and I thought what if  WWE did a tournament with Wrestlers from South West of England? We have so much talent in this area and so many wrestlers that could potentially debut for WWE in the future. So the idea is to have a 16 Man Tournament and to give an example to see how that tournament could go to show how much great talent is based here and what an excellent thriving scene is here in South West.
