Sammy Guevara - An AEW All Star

Sammy Guevara - An AEW All Star
Sammy Guevara is proving himself to be a huge part of AEW Wrestling in the year that he has been in AEW he has had a huge ascent to the top of the card in AEW and is having entertaining, fun and great matches which are catching the attention of fans worldwide.

How did Sammy Guevara get to where he is now?

Sammy Guevara started wrestling at Booker T Academy in Texas and he wrestled at PWG, Lucha Underground, MLW, AAA in Mexico and many other independents. Sammy describes that he didn't see many wrestlers in Houston (where he lives) trying to get out and do more and he thought he would and that he would message companies, hustle and try as hard as he can to get on shows and go further. Sammy talks about taking long bus rides across America to get to shows and all the flights and travel that he has done.
Sammy Guevara started his own Video Vlog back in 2015 as he said that he would never get footage of his matches from independent shows he was on, so Sammy would take his camera to record his match and he would use this for highlight reels. to contact promoters and the vlog concept evolved from this. Sammy has done Vlogs from all over the world from USA, Mexico, Japan and more!

Sammy advises that in the beginning it was very hard to do to get fans and build up his fanbase and gain more people and be able to create interesting and fun content but he advises that the key was that he stuck with it and kept putting out videos and content and kept being consistent in building up his audience.

You have to respect the perseverance, passion and ability of Sammy Guevara to keep pushing forward with his vlogs, making them better as he goes forward and continuing to engage with his audience and to continue to create.

In Sammy Vlogs he would show fans what he was doing that week, what show he would be going to, what would happen at that show and also doing skits and entertaining segments. Sammy would give a glimpse into his personal life and sometimes doing videos with and including his partner Pam and also lots of clips of his cat  Benji. In addition Sammy would even Vlog before, during and after his match too!

Sammy continues to do videos today and its a great way for fans to see Sammy and his life in AEW.

WWE TV in UK 2024 Will it Stay on TNT Sports, Move Back to Sky or Somewhere new?

In 2020 WWE signed a multi year deal with TNT Sports (BT Sport at the time) to air WWE programming WWE Raw, WWE Smackdown and WWE NXT.  Channel 5 also airs highlights of WWE RAW and WWE Smackdown but on a week delay - Channel 5 is a free to air channel here in the UK.  Last week I received an email as a WWE Network subscriber here in the UK to inform me that I could now watch WWE NXT every week on WWE Network from 3rd Jan 2024. So this email got me thinking - is the WWE/TNT Sports UK TV deal coming up soon? it looks possible. Looking at the original story of the deal being made in 2020 multiple sources claim that it is a "multi year deal" See below  ( https://www.digitalspy.com/tv/ustv/a28113145/wwe-smackdown-raw-watch-uk-tv-bt-sport/)     I could not find how many specific years that was., However I thought i'd give my opinion on where WWE Raw and WWE Smackdown could end up in 2024, The rights fee's obviously are alot less than there are in USA due to WWE Raw and Sma
